Carpet Cleaning by Professionals

If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur.

WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT MEAN?

Everyone loves a bargain right?

So what do we do? We spend hours trawling the internet, making phone calls, from one company to the next, hoping against hope that this call will be the one that will beat all the other quotes.
Suddenly you strike gold, you get a reply from someone who offers you a price that is too good to be true!

Wow this guy will clean my carpets for half the price, maybe a quarter of the price that the others quoted.

Carpet cleaning is just carpet cleaning isn't it and if this guy can save me money then that's the one for me!

Wrong!

A professional carpet cleaner will have been trained to identify what type of carpet you have, what its made of, how it was made, what the correct procedure is for cleaning that particular carpet.
They will know whether it can be cleaned using hot steam extraction or if it requires low moisture cleaning or in some cases cleaning with no moisture at all.
A trained carpet cleaner will be aware of what can go wrong with particular types of carpet and treat each carpet with the respect it deserves, after all , you the customer, will have spent a lot of money purchasing it.

What many people don't understand is that carpet cleaning is a service which consists of several processes to achieve the best result and one of the reasons a professional carpet clean is more expensive is due to the time and care that is taken to ensure that all of the processes are followed in a routine fashion.

A professional carpet cleaner will spend time on preparing the carpet to be cleaned, by hoovering, agitating, pre spraying and dealing initially with any spots and spillages.
He will move your furniture and ensure that it is protected during the cleaning and after the cleaning is complete, he will return the furniture to its place, again ensuring that it is protected while the drying takes place.

Cheap carpet cleaners rarely follow these processes, firstly because they have little or no knowledge of the correct way of doing it and believe that anyone can clean carpets because they are all the same.
Secondly, because they charge such ridiculously low prices, they don't have the time to spend to exercise such a high level of care to both your carpets and surroundings.

They are in and out as quick as possible so that they can rush off to the next job, leaving you the customer very disappointed.

This is usually when you realise that going for the cheapest option wasn't such a good idea and in despair you call in a professional to have it done properly.

So not only have you paid for the cheap carpet clean, you then have to either pay to have it rectified by a professional carpet cleaner or pay to replace your carpet.

Either way it has cost you more than you were initially quoted by the professional because you have had to pay out twice.

If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur!
Look for a company that shows proof of their training, insurance, reviews from previous customers.
Most importantly ask yourself a couple of questions .... Why are they so cheap? Will they cut corners to save time?  Is the price they quoted the price I will pay or will they add more on once they arrive?

Don't throw your hard earned money away, get it done right FIRST TIME!!
